House insurance is not designed to provide you with all the protection you need when playing golf. In fact very few offer any cover for theft, loss or damage away from your home. It will almost certainly not protect you against any third party golf related pubic liability claims or personal accidents.
Tip: If you still believe you are covered check the small print of your household policy, or call them and ask!
